3 Cardio Exercises for Beginners
You want to increase your Stamina without having to do a lot? I will show you three simple exercises that will help you do exactly that.
Stand with your feet hip wide and core tight.Then bend from the waist and place your hands on the ground. Walk with your hands forward, keeping your legs straight. When you arrive in a high plank, quickly walk your hands back and stand up. If you want to make this exercise harder just add a push up after the plank.
Again stand with your feet hip wide and core tight. Then raise your right knee as you bring up the left arm and hop off your left foot. Land on the ball of your foot, then immediately repeat the exercise with the opposite hand and leg. Focus on your height not on the speed.
Mountain Climber Twist
Start from a high plank position with core tight. Run your left knee toward your right elbow, then your right knee. Continue to alternate as quickly as possible without hiking hips.
